Typical Ladin cuisine

The kitchen of the Hotel Panorama Elisabeth uses many top quality products, as for example speck, meat, eggs, milk, yoghurts, vegetables and salads from our vegetable garden. We do not cook with magnetic fields (microwave oven, induction furnace) but only with wood oven, and we prepare many Tyrolean, Ladin and Mediterranean specialties.
