Price list

Prices are per person with half board in a double room for a minimum stay of 3 nights. In high season, the minimum stay is 6 nights.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.

Prezzi, check-in e check-out:

Prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike depot with boot dryer, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, outdoor garden, and final cleaning (except extraordinary cleaning). Prices do not include the tourist tax equal to EUR 3.50 per person (from 14 years and older) per night. Standard rooms for single use with a surcharge of 80%. Additional services (excluded from the stay price): shared washing machine/dryer. Child discount:

• from 4 years up to 14 years: 30%.
• third and fourth bed in the room with parents 30% less than the parent.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (please inform us in advance for arrivals outside this time interval).
Rooms are reserved until 10:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out). Upon departure, rooms must be left tidy and clean. In case of extraordinary cleaning, the Management reserves the right to apply a surcharge. Booking and booking cancellation: The booking is considered definitive only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay price. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions:

• up to 3 weeks before arrival: free cancellation;
• less than 3 weeks before arrival or no show: charge of 70% of the total price.

Payment methods:
The final bill is settled the day before departure and can be paid:

• in cash for total amounts under 2,000.00 Euros;
• by bank transfer (in this case, the balance of the stay must take place before your arrival);
• by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card.

For late arrivals, early departures, or unoccupied beds, the price as resulting from the reservation will be charged. Guests are required to inform the owners of the arrival of any visitors. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. We allow the presence of only one small pet per room and a maximum of 2 pets for the entire facility, with a surcharge of €25 per day, only in certain rooms and on condition that their owners accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the rooms for inspection purposes. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.

Travel insurance:

We advise you to take out insurance with your insurance company against cancellation, interruption, and/or delayed arrival of the trip.
